Procurement Agency Service Fee
Standard procurement agency fee: a flat fee of JPY 7,200 (CNY 300) applies to orders below JPY 14,400 (CNY 600); for orders of JPY 14,400 (CNY 600) and above, the fee is 12% of product purchase value. Product purchase costs and international shipping are billed separately at cost.
Amounts are in Chinese yuan (CNY). The Japanese pages use JPY at CNY 1 = JPY 24.

Example Calculation: Product order of JPY 12,000 incurs the flat JPY 7,200 fee; product order of JPY 14,400 incurs JPY 1,728 (12%, rounded to JPY 1,730).
Zero-Double-Billing Guarantee: Line items and services already incorporated into an approved quotation will never be subject to duplicate charges. Final billed amounts strictly adhere to the mutually agreed quotation.
Inspection Scope Included in Standard Agency Fee
- Unpacking cartons to verify physical goods against purchase order specifications and SKUs
- Auditing cargo for conspicuous exterior defects, structural damage, and major cosmetic flaws before dispatch
- Reconciling total inbound quantities and per-carton piece counts
- Verifying export carton reinforcement, strapping, and edge protection for long-haul international transit
- Confirming absence of critical manufacturing errors, incorrect printing, or post-processing defects

Example at a 5% initial OEM fee: goods CNY 20,000 + shipping CNY 2,000 + basic service fee CNY 2,400 (12%) + OEM development fee CNY 1,000 (5%) = CNY 25,400. Shipping is excluded from both service fee calculations.

We support supplier payment disbursement on your behalf and pre-funded deposit drawdown. To safeguard operational execution and timely factory manufacturing, all procurement is arranged strictly on an advance payment basis; deferred open-account credit terms are not supported. Exchange rates and bank fees are itemized in your quotation.
(Transactions through a Japanese corporate bank account may incur an additional 10% tax depending on the transaction terms. We will confirm whether it applies in your quotation.)
