We process business information you provide—including company name, contact person name, email address, telephone number, reference product images, engineering specifications, target order quantities, and destination delivery address—for the following lawful commercial purposes: (1) Responding to and managing customer enquiries; (2) Performing supplier research and preparing itemized quotations; (3) Coordinating prototype fabrication and sample dispatch; (4) Administering purchase orders, production supervision, QC audits, and global freight; (5) Processing commercial invoicing, payments, and post-delivery client support.

Please refrain from transmitting sensitive personal data (e.g., government-issued national identification numbers, private personal financial records) that are unnecessary for commercial transactions. For initial project scoping, destination country and city are sufficient.

2. RFQ Form Architecture & Communications Security

After you confirm and submit, GAMU receives and stores your details and attachments on its server to handle your enquiry. An automatic acknowledgement with our company guide PDF in Japanese attached is sent to the email address you provide. A representative then reviews your enquiry and replies separately. Attachments are private and accessible only to authenticated staff.

Once communications transition to third-party telecommunications platforms—such as email providers, LINE, WeChat, or the dedicated Client Portal—the privacy terms and terms of service of those respective service operators apply concurrently.

3. Third-Party Service Partners & Cross-Border Data Transfers

To execute project milestones, we may share strictly necessary technical and logistical data (such as product drawings, BOMs, and delivery addresses) with vetted partner factories, independent QC inspection agencies, international freight forwarders, and accredited testing laboratories under strict confidentiality obligations. Our website infrastructure is hosted on secure Tencent Cloud enterprise servers, and business communications utilize encrypted channels.

GAMU is headquartered in Guangzhou, China, and conducts cross-border commerce with international clients. Consequently, commercial project records may be transferred, processed, and maintained between mainland China and destination jurisdictions (such as Japan). Clients wishing to enquire into third-party recipient disclosures or cross-border transfer safeguards may contact our compliance office.

4. Cookies & Local Browser Storage

We store your choice in a necessary cookie for 180 days and use local storage to share the choice between tabs in the same browser. Only if you allow analytics, we store a random analytics identifier in a cookie for 180 days and record visit time, IP address, pages, approximate visible time, entry source and clicked content on GAMU’s server. We use these records to improve the site and retain them for 90 days. We use no advertising cookies or third-party analytics service.

Before consent or after you decline, we create no analytics identifier and record no analytics events. We do not collect form entries, URL query parameters or fragments. Visible time is an estimate and may be undercounted because of connection loss. Choose “Necessary only” in the settings on this page or in the footer to stop future measurement and delete the analytics cookie. Existing records are deleted within the 90-day retention period. Declining does not prevent browsing or enquiries. The staff administration cookie lasts 12 hours and is not created by visiting public pages.

5. Information Security & Data Retention

Servers or service providers may process technical details such as IP addresses and request information to deliver pages, resolve faults and prevent unauthorised access. These essential technical records are handled separately from the optional analytics described above. Analytics records are accessible only to authenticated administration staff.

Commercial correspondence, purchase orders, QC inspection certificates, and accounting ledgers are retained for periods required to provide ongoing operational continuity, satisfy statutory tax and commercial accounting obligations, and resolve potential trade disputes. Data that has exceeded its mandatory statutory retention window is securely purged or anonymized.

6. Data Subject Rights: Access, Correction & Deletion

To exercise your statutory rights to access, rectify, restrict, or delete personal commercial data held by GAMU, please contact our compliance desk via email, referencing your relevant PO number or historical RFQ inquiry details.

Upon verifying your identity or authorized commercial representation, we will process your request within a reasonable statutory timeframe. If an ongoing manufacturing run, active shipment, or legal statutory book-keeping obligation temporarily restricts our ability to erase specific transaction data, we will formally explain the legal basis and available remedies.

7. Amendments to This Privacy Policy

We will update this page when our handling practices or website functions change. If the scope of consent changes, we will explain the purpose and ask you to choose again. A previous “necessary only” preference is never treated as consent to analytics.
