A Japanese client approached GAMU seeking to develop a custom eye-contour EMS beauty device on a tight schedule: an initial trial run of 50 units within a 2-month delivery window. To navigate China OEM development under tight timelines, we immediately began by auditing internal circuit configurations and procuring diverse prototype samples for hands-on evaluation.

Product photos and catalog specs alone could not reveal internal motor mechanics, PCB circuit layouts, or EMS pulse sensations on the delicate eye area. Furthermore, committing to new injection tooling required exhaustive verification. GAMU curated and dispatched multiple sample batches with differing internal hardware to Japan, enabling the client to directly compare physical skin contact, microcurrent comfort, and ergonomics against engineering schematics.

Having physical prototypes in hand transformed technical discussions into precise decisions: electrode head curvature, current intensity curves, and skin adhesion were refined based on sensory user trials and hard engineering tolerances.

During the critical final phase, the partner factory dispatched an expedited production batch that arrived at our Guangzhou facility late on a Saturday night. GAMU personnel stood by on-site over the weekend to immediately unload, perform initial receiving inspections, and safely store the goods in a secure, climate-controlled warehouse.
