Translating Product Purpose into Engineering Specs
We systematically structure operational use cases, operating environments, material grades, engineering tolerances, Pantone colors, target order runs, and packaging styles. Confirmed criteria are segregated from open questions to create an actionable milestone plan.
Material Selection, Tooling & Process Optimization
We collaborate with manufacturing partners to evaluate optimal resin/metal grades, decorative surface treatments (electroplating, UV coating, anodization), printing techniques, and internal enclosure structures. Tooling fabrication (new injection moulds) and multi-part sub-assemblies are fully scoped before commitment.
Prototype Validation & Engineering Revision Control
We audit prototypes against functional, dimensional, and tactile standards, compiling structured modification logs. The signed-off physical sample (Golden Master Sample) alongside locked CAD drawings and packaging artwork serves as the frozen baseline for mass production.
Production Monitoring & Repeat Order Consistency
We provide transparent milestone updates throughout mass production. When placing repeat orders, we proactively re-audit raw material supplies, supplier tooling wear, and market pricing to prevent quality deviations or supply bottlenecks.

OEM Scope of Work & Engineering Fee Structure
Custom OEM development commences upon specification freeze and receipt of an initial project deposit. First-time engineering support is quoted upfront at up to 5% of product value based on structural design complexity and prototype iterations. Repeat orders for the same product will never incur this engineering fee again.
This engineering support fee is calculated independently from our standard agency fee. Once established, subsequent repeat orders or minor revisions for the same product line will NEVER incur this development fee again.
