Developing a 3-Product Skincare Line: Formulation, Stability Testing & 50 kg Bulk Delivery
The project originated with a Japanese client who envisioned launching an entirely new skincare range. Centered on the brand concept of 'translucent glow and radiant skin,' the initiative called for developing three synchronized products (toner, serum, cream) under a cohesive formula architecture, rather than isolated single items.
Following iterative lab sampling, microbial challenge testing, and thermal stability trials, we scaled up to bulk production at 50 kg per SKU (150 kg total). After passing stringent pre-shipment inspections, the entire batch was delivered smoothly to Japan.
