Before production begins, we define inspection criteria for exterior appearance, piece counts, and functional performance. We clarify container and retail-box specifications, labels, testing, and import requirements in advance, then coordinate the details closely with the factory.
For independent beauty brands in the US, Europe, UK, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, we coordinate partner factories for cosmetic containers, custom vacuum-formed blister trays, and printed boxes as one packaging project.
Existing molds with suitable materials, decoration, and box processes can make a 500–1,000-set project practical. New container tooling, special resins, custom colors, or complex printing may need different quantities and separate tooling costs. We confirm each component before quoting the complete set.
Fit-testing brings the container, pump, or cap, tray and box together: dimensions and tolerances, assembly, product removal, and transport protection. Formula compatibility, leakage, and transit tests are scoped separately.
Ask us to check FSC-certified paper box options and PCR cosmetic container options with the proposed supplier. The quotation should identify the material, claimed recycled content, certificate scope, and traceability evidence available for that product. A material option is not a certification claim for every item.
For relevant cosmetic formulations or materials, we can coordinate requests for SDS/MSDS and batch-specific COA. ISO 22716 or GMPC factory documentation is checked against the named manufacturing site and its scope. Availability is confirmed with the partner factory; these documents are not GAMU-owned certification or destination-market approval.
EXW uses a named collection place in China. FOB Guangzhou is quoted for an agreed seaport and loading on board. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) can be assessed for door-to-door delivery with seller-arranged import clearance and applicable duties and taxes, ready for unloading. Cargo eligibility, importer requirements, destination rules, and included charges must be confirmed prior to booking.
