Orders under $100 USD: a flat service fee of $45 USD. At $100 USD or above: 12% of product value. Product cost and shipping are billed separately.

Inspection checkpoints and reporting formats are confirmed prior to QC. Large equipment or complex multi-component products are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Example: a $90 USD order has a $45 USD service fee; a $100 USD order has a $12 USD fee. Optional inspection of 100 units adds $60 USD.
Services already included in an accepted quotation are not charged twice. The scope and amount follow the confirmed quotation.
Standard Included QC Checks
- Unpack cartons and verify goods against purchase order specifications
- Verify Piece Counts & Visible Exterior Defects
- Verify Export Carton Reinforcement Prior to Dispatch
- Verify against manufacturing, assembly, or printing errors
AQL sampling uses an agreed sampling plan and acceptance limits. Piece-by-piece inspection checks each unit against the agreed checklist. Neither method guarantees zero defects.

Initial OEM development: up to 5% of product value
The initial development fee depends on complexity, excludes freight, and is confirmed prior to project launch. It is not charged again for reorders or improvements to the same product. Tooling, samples, and testing are itemized separately.
Online Supplier Due Diligence & On-Site Factory Audits
Online supplier research, on-site visits, travel and specialist checks are quoted in USD according to the agreed scope.
International Freight Channels & Incoterms
Ask for a route assessment to the US, Europe, UK, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, or Latin America. Share the full destination, product details, quantity, carton dimensions, and weight. Freight and delivery time are quoted after cargo and route checks.
- EXW
- Goods made available at the named place in China; collection, export, and import responsibilities must be arranged.
- FOB Guangzhou
- For sea or inland-waterway shipments, quote the named Guangzhou port and loading on board; onward freight and import arrangements are confirmed separately.
- DDP
- Delivered Duty Paid to a named destination: seller-arranged import clearance and applicable duties/taxes, with goods ready for unloading. Availability depends on the goods, importer requirements, and destination rules; coverage is confirmed in writing.
Payment & Settlement Options
The quotation confirms the USD amount, receiving corporate account and bank charges. An advance payment is required before procurement or production. The balance and international freight are normally settled after agreed pre-shipment checks and prior to dispatch; project milestones are confirmed in writing.
