A. Standard checkpoints cover exterior aesthetics (scratches, burrs, contamination), piece count verification, SKU/model matching, Pantone color adherence, and compliance labeling. Precision caliper measurements, electrical functionality checks, and certified third-party lab testing are customized according to product engineering requirements.

A. Both protocols are fully supported. Depending on unit value, order volume, and quality stringency, you may select statistical sampling based on international ISO/AQL standards (Level II standard) or opt for our piece-by-piece 100% full precision inspection (available at CNY 4/item).

Under our pre-agreed contract terms, GAMU actively manages on-site factory negotiations to enforce free rework, replacement of non-conforming units, or reproduction of shortages before authorizing shipment release.

Goods from disparate factories across China are received at our Guangzhou hub, where we coordinate storage, inbound SKU verification, customized re-packing, and combined export—substantially reducing your international freight and customs clearance expenses.

A. Yes, we routinely handle direct warehouse fulfillment. Simply provide your destination warehouse address and current receiving guidelines. We ensure 100% compliance with strict receiving standards, including FBA carton labels, palletization specifications, carton dimension limits, and delivery appointment bookings.

International freight is quoted separately. Under DAP terms, import duties and taxes are payable by the buyer, and the carrier may contact the buyer directly. Applicable rates depend on the product classification. Please contact our team for details. DDP arrangements including customs clearance and import charges are quoted individually, with included costs and responsibilities confirmed in advance.

As standard commercial practice, an initial production deposit is required upon PO confirmation and specification freeze, with the remaining balance and international freight settled upon pre-shipment QC approval. Payments are accepted via Japanese domestic bank transfer (JPY) or Hong Kong corporate bank wire. (Transactions through a Japanese corporate bank account may incur an additional 10% tax depending on the transaction terms. We will confirm whether it applies in your quotation.)

A. Yes, re-validation is an essential safeguard against quality drift. While referencing previously approved master specifications, we re-verify raw material batch consistency, factory tooling condition, market commodity price fluctuations, and regulatory packaging revisions prior to authorizing repeat production.
