• Designated make-up working days: none for this holiday.

Before ordering or dispatching

For gift products, check the arrival dates of presentation boxes, inserts and labels alongside the goods themselves. If kitting is required, distinguish the date all components will be available from the handover date for completed sets.

Individual factories, warehouses and transport providers may operate different schedules. Confirm the arrangements for the actual order and service rather than treating the public calendar as a production or collection confirmation.
