End-to-End Workflow Overview

1. Share Project Brief & Images
Provide reference images, product URLs, estimated lot size, intended use, and destination. Complete as much as currently known.
2. Supplier Due Diligence & Quotation
We audit factory capacity, tooling processes, and MOQ to provide a transparent quotation itemizing product costs, agency fees, and ancillary expenses.
3. Prototyping & Master Sample Sign-Off
Physical prototypes are arranged to validate aesthetics, engineering tolerances, ergonomics, and packaging fit prior to mass production.
4. Mass Production & Quality Control (QC)
Production is launched against frozen specifications. We provide milestone updates, execute rigorous pre-shipment inspections, and rectify any defects on-site.
5. Export Packing, Customs & Delivery
We audit carton counts, shipping marks, and customs documentation, dispatching cargo via your selected freight route safely to your door.

For goods below CNY 600, the service fee is a fixed CNY 300. For CNY 600 and above, it is 12% of goods value. Goods and shipping are separate.

Amounts are in Chinese yuan (CNY). The Japanese pages use JPY at CNY 1 = JPY 24.

Calculated strictly on product purchase value. Shipping and freight are excluded from the fee calculation base.
Optional Service: 100% Detailed Inspection: CNY 4.00 / piece
Individual piece-by-piece inspection with a formal stamped QC inspection report. (Custom quotes provided for oversized machinery or teardown inspections.)

Example: goods worth CNY 500 incur a CNY 300 fee; goods worth CNY 600 incur a CNY 72 fee.

We maintain a strict zero-double-billing policy: services already included in a quotation are never charged again. Applicable line items and final amounts payable strictly adhere to the mutually confirmed quotation.

The standard agency fee covers: unpacking and order specification matching, conspicuous defect audits, piece count verification, export packaging reinforcement checks, and initial confirmation against critical processing errors.

OEM product engineering support and on-site factory audits are specialized optional services, clearly itemized and quoted upfront upon request.
